This Privacy Policy can apply to you when you use of Wats website (“Website”), or Wats portals (“Portals”), or when you download of the Wats Mobile Application (“Mobile App”), when you share your personal data, or someone else’s personal data (such as a director or an employee) with us. In this Privacy Policy, references to “we”, “us” or “Wats” are references to Skillsolutions Software SAS and all affiliates of Skillsolutions Software SAS. You acknowledge and agree that your personal data collected may be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy by and for Wats.

You must ensure that the individual concerned is aware of Wats identity, how to contact us, and the way in which we collect and use personal data. You must ensure that concerned individuals are informed about their right to obtain access to their personal data and the ways to raise complaints.

Personal data must be accurate and current and we take all reasonable precautions to ensure that this is the case but we do not undertake to check or verify the accuracy of personal data provided by you. Please keep us informed if your personal data changes during your relationship with us by contacting us. We will not be responsible for any losses arising from any inaccurate, inauthentic, deficient, or incomplete personal data that you provide us.

 

5. LOCATION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We will not store personal data for a longer period than the contract. The reversibility period may extend this period to 1 month later.

Wats collects and stores personal data in accordance with general industry standards and practices and has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures taking into account the nature of the data processing. Wats uses Google Cloud infrastructure, Google Infrastructure Security Design, and Google Cloud Platform. Access to personal data is also protected with user-specific logins, passwords, and user rights. Our premises are also safe and secure.

 

8. YOUR RIGHTS

In such a case, we ask you to provide us your name, contact details, as well as something that we can use to reasonably verify your identity. Once you have contacted us about this right, we will either comply with your request or explain the reasons we can’t comply.

You have the following rights:
