Give Admin consent for Wats application from Teams Admin Center
Before purpose Wats application to your users, you have to configure well Wats app on Microsoft Teams.
This process take around 10 minutes and have to be done by an admin who have access to the admin teams center.
On Teams Admin Center, on the user menu, go to “Teams Applications” then “Manage applications”.
Then in the search bar, enter “wats” and click on the application line Wats showed on your search results.
When you see details of Wats Application, go on the tab “Authorizations” and click on the button “check authorizations and consent”. This action will allow Wats App all rights needed to work well. And by doing this, each of your users doesn’t need to give his consent by themselves.
A pop-up will appear asking to your consents, you just have to click on the button “Accept”.
Highlight Wats application on your user’s Microsoft Teams
If you want to install automatically Wats for all of your users, it is possible to do it very quickly by the Teams Admin Center.
To do this, from the Teams Admin Center, go to “Teams application” then “Configuration strategies”.
Select your configuration strategy (or click on “Global” if you use the default one).
The part Installed Applications represent all applications installed for your users. If you want to install Wats automatically for each of your users, you can click on “Add applications” et select Wats.
Now all of your users will have Wats installed automatically on their Microsoft Teams.
If your goal is to make more accessible Wats App to your users, it is possible to pin Wats app automatically on the user menu of Microsoft Teams and on the bottom Bar on the mobile version of Microsoft Teams.
To do this, from the Teams Admin Center, go to “Teams application” then “Configuration strategies”.
Select your configuration strategy (or click on “Global” if you use the default one).
The part Pinned Applications allow you to choose wich applications have to be pinned on your users microsoft teams.
You can click on “Add applications” et select Wats.
Now all of your users will have Wats pinned automatically on their Microsoft Teams.
